(Urogynaecology & Perinatal)
We provide Urogynaecology Physiotherapy for anyone experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction at any stage of life or during pregnancy and after birth (perinatal).
This includes support for urinary leakage, frequent urges to empty the bladder, a vaginal bulge or heaviness, constipation, bowel leakage or difficulty controlling wind, and pain around the vulva or vagina.
We also treat individuals with weak or overactive pelvic floor muscles, offering personalised care to help restore comfort, function, and confidence.

MSK Perinatal
Physiotherapy
We offer musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy for those during and after pregnancy, addressing common physical challenges in the perinatal period.
This includes treatment for postnatal tummy muscle separation (diastasis recti), pregnancy and postnatal-related pelvic girdle pain, and pregnancy-related back pain.
Our goal is to support your recovery and help you move with greater ease and confidence throughout your perinatal journey.
MSK Physiotherapy
Providing comprehensive assessments, evidence based treatments, and management strategies for a wide range of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions including neck, mid or low back, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle pain.
Treatment plans are individually tailored to help you achieve your goals.

Appointment
details & pricing
All Pelvic Health Physiotherapy initial or follow-up appointments are priced at £70 and includes up to 1 hour session. An optional vaginal and/or anorectal examination is offered & included as part of your assessment.
MSK Perinatal Physiotherapy & MSK Physiotherapy initial or follow up appointments are priced at £60 and include up to 1 hour session.
We also offer a Deluxe Pelvic Health Package appointment which includes a Urogynaecology Physiotherapy assessment in addition to a tummy / abdominal muscle assessment for diastasis recti abdominus or reduced core strength. A perfect package if postnatal or anyone who would feel they would benefit from improving their core function. This is priced at £100 and includes up to 1 hour and 30 minute session.
Cancellation, Deposit and Payment Policy
To secure an appointment, a deposit equal to 50% of the appointment fee is required.
Appointments are held provisionally until the deposit has been received. We reserve the right to release the appointment and offer it to another patient if the deposit is not received within the requested timeframe.
If you cancel or rearrange your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to a new appointment date.
If you cancel, rearrange or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend your appointment, the deposit (50% of the appointment fee) will be retained and is non-refundable. This is because it is unlikely that the appointment slot can be filled at short notice.
The remaining balance of the appointment fee is payable at the time of your appointment and must be paid before leaving the appointment.
By booking an appointment and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
Additional details:
The vaginal and anorectal examinations can help guide and enhance your treatment. It is essential to note that these examinations are always conducted with your consent, ensuring that you feel respected and dignified throughout the assessment. They are entirely optional. If you have any questions regarding this please contact us and we'll happily discuss the assessments in further detail with you.
Please note we are unable to offer an internal vaginal and / or anorectal examination if you are pregnant or less than 6 weeks post birth. We are still able to offer an external assessment if opted and provide you with an appropriate treatment plan.
